Last updated May 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of Rookery. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using Rookery

Rookery provides website crawling, SEO and AEO audit views, recommendations, reporting, integrations, and related workflow tools. You are responsible for the websites, data, accounts, and credentials you connect to Rookery.

You may use Rookery only for websites and services you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to audit.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Crawls and Integrations

You control crawl targets, crawl settings, and optional integrations. You must not use Rookery to scan systems without permission, overload websites, bypass security controls, or violate applicable laws or third-party terms.

Third-party integrations, including Google Search Console and WordPress, depend on the availability and rules of those providers. You can revoke or disconnect integrations at any time.

AI-Assisted Output

Rookery may generate suggested titles, meta descriptions, alt text, recommendations, reports, and other draft content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving suggested output before publishing or relying on it.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal dates, and cancellation options are shown during checkout or in the billing portal. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Rookery to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape unrelated services, transmit unlawful content, infringe rights, or interfere with the security or reliability of Rookery or third-party systems.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Rookery is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rookery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
